This is a part of your gun, you want to be absolutely satisfied with before you take it out on the field.

You will also need to use the correct size of paint capsule for your sniper rifle barrel. This will reduce the risk of it exploding in the barrel and making one heck of a mess. If your paint pellet is too small, accuracy goes out the window as your shot comes ricocheting and spinning out of the barrel.

Necessary gear for snipers include paintball goggles that are high-quality. As you will often play low to the ground, you increase your chances of getting hit on the head or face area. Goggles, or even a face mask designed for paintball play, will protect you.

So, make sure your paintball sniper rifle is fast and accurate to fire and is dark so it can be easily camouflaged. Also, get yourself good goggles and decent camouflage gear - and have a great time as a paintball sniper. They won't know what hit them!
