Codependency Vs. Tough Love In Teens

Codependency is about having a dysfunctional relationship with self. Co-dependency is a behavior that can be passed from one generation to another generation. Basically it is an emotional and behavioral condition. Due to this it affects the ability of healthy and mutually satisfying relationship. Codependency is an emotional and behavioral defense system, which our egos adapted, in early childhood to help us survive. We can define in other way means called as relationship addiction. Because codependency affected people unable to maintain the relationship, they are to be destructive.

The affects of codependency:

Due to codependency, spouse, parents, sibling friends, co-worker are much more affected by the affected person. At this phase the person or the teens are having low self-esteem, low self-confidence.

Characteristics of codependence teens:
· To show any responsibility in exaggerated view for the action of other friends.
· Tendency to do more than share of any time.
· Unhealthy relationship
· Lack of confidence
· Whenever alone teens are shouted or feels fear
· Fall in chronic diseases
· Distance from others means communicating poor
· Dishonest
· Facing critical condition when he or she take a decision

So in that view parents are a broad sense of view in those problems. Individuals who are suffering from codependence may seek assistance through various verbal therapies, sometimes accompanied by chemical therapy for accompanying depression. Parenting is a big thing any of the teens life. When a child is so little they imagine their parents as a god or all. So at first step of this understanding the unhealthy behavior. So parents should be know the total life cycle of the addiction process.
