I Went From SIze 14 to Size 6 In Just 8 Weeks

I was unable to walk for exercise and was eating in between meals putting on over 20 kg within 12 weeks. I tried many different diets with varying results and experienced some weight loss but immediately put it back on again. I tried meal replacement and liquid replacement diets with no lasting results and then tried the Lo-Carb the No-Carb and the High Protein Lo Fat - and all failed.
All of these were hard to follow and were very strict regimes with slow to no weight loss. Frustrated, I then found a diet program in my favourite eBook store that had none of these restrictions and did not take all of my wages to buy special meals or special drink formula's. At the end of 8 weeks on the program I had returned to my normal weight of 51 kgs, my confidence had returned totally and I was able to return to my job feeling like a new woman.
