It is Possible for a Diabetic to Have Normal Blood Sugar Levels

What Levels of Blood Sugar Can Be Considered Normal? Your blood sugar level after fasting for at least 8 hours should be between 70 and 100 milligrams per deciliter. You may have a pre-diabetes condition if your blood sugar level is above 100 at any given time. You are prediabetes if your blood sugar level is over 100 but under 200. Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes is indicated by blood sugar levels above 200.

You can lower your blood sugar in several steps. If you want to have more normal blood sugar levels, the following suggestions can help;

This test allows you to monitor your blood sugar levels, with the goal of maintaining levels under 6.0%.

Controlling the level of blood sugar by those with either type of diabetes is an important factor in whether or not diabetes-related complications occur and the severity. Even if you are diabetic you can live a normal life span with few or no complications if you maintain normal blood sugar levels.

A normal blood sugar range for someone without diabetes is between 70 and 100. Diabetes should not keep a person from having his blood sugar in this same range.
